Assisted Viewing Trips - Sunmed Homes can arrange suitable accommodation on a B&B basis in either a two or three star category hotel. We can also assist with transfer from our regional airports. If you have decided to make a viewing trip just drop us a line by email with your flight information and accommodation requirements and we will make all necessary arrangements.

  If you decide to purchase a property during your viewing trip  - Sunmed Homes will cover the * cost of your hotel accommodation for a maximum of one week on B&B basis and assist with the cost of airfare to the value of up to £100.00 (one hundred pounds) sterling per person. Please note however this assistance will only apply to those clients who contact us direct through our website (not via an agent), and applies to the actual purchaser(s) and not to members of their party. We regret any other related costs for additional family members or friends will need to be met by themselves with the exception of airport transfers.

* Typically this is based on two people buying one property. Accommodation costs up to the value of £10 (ten pounds) per person per night x 7 (seven) nights. Assistance with flights up to £100 (one hundred pounds) per person (max two persons) on production of your flight invoice. Initial airport transfer costs will be refunded (maximum 4 (four) persons in a car.


   If you decide not to purchase a property during your viewing trip -- If you are not successful in making a purchase on this occasion we regret all expenses will need to be met by yourselves, including hotel accommodation, flights and transfer costs. We hope however to be of help in the future.
